Biography:
 
Keith Nelson is dedicated to his clients and incredibly passionate about his profession.  Keith has been studying human movement for over a decade and has in the last five years added a keen interest in the other, often overlooked aspects of health and wellness. This was discovered and focused upon in the C.H.E.K. Institute's Holisitic Lifestyle Coaching Certifications. Now, Keith feels as though his ability to inspire and deliver a positive change in his clients has reached new levels. Keith added, he will of course, continuously pursue ever greater degrees of insight and understanding into what Paul Chek called "the most complicated organism on the face of the planet" for the benefit of all clients.  Keith has been called by many of his clients the "non-trainer - trainer".  They feel as though his application of fitness and health is a world away from most people's idea of what a trainer is and what a trainer does.

TTATTX Fitness has been assisting individuals and small groups in their quest for optimal health and performance since 2000. The company's evolution has been a result of hundreds of hours of continuing education, attending industry seminars, hands on cross training, developing complimentary professional realtionships, and continually pursuing a deeper understanding of the human condition as it relates to vitality, optimal health, performance and a vibrant existence.
